I love good smells. Who doesn’t? Am I right?
Spraying myself with good smelling goodness was always part of my routine, from the time I was in Jr. High, until I conceived my first child. When I learned what it means to have the word fragrance on an ingredient list I started second guessing the products I was using, along with those I was spraying all around me.
As the gatekeeper to my body, my home, and my children I look for better products now.
Therefore, I am wicked excited to share this recipe! You can use basic ingredients to achieve the same goal! Essential oils, Water, Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin!
By using essential oils to replace the body sprays, not only am I smelling good, but I can help others at the same time!
Did you know, you don’t necessarily have to be able to smell an oil to receive it’s benefits?
Also, good moods are contagious. Don’t let anyone bring you down!
So without further ado, here is the recipe along with some combinations you can use in your body spray!
